Pain in testicles

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I had pain In testicles couple of months before, I went hospital and they told me to take ultrasound testicles scanning and urine test.. everything came normal.. he told me .. that it might be coz of muscle pain..and told me to take dolo 650 tab..few days after pain stopped. After 4 months I'm experience same pain but it's not hurting much.. and I work in Radio frequency domain L Band n X Band.. Please suggest me I'm scared of infertility
