It started with pain in left ball after taking Combiflam for few days that pain disappeared but if I press one particular thing near left ball it pains But there is NO swealling as I can see

Hello Testicular pain shouldn't be avoided. Instead of using pain killers for temporary relief consult a surgeon in person for evaluation and treatment.
