Pain in tennis elbow
My sister is having pain on her tennis elbow from one month.Before the pain occured while movement of arm but from today the pain is constant without any movement. We are reluctant to visit any clinic for now .Please suggest exercises and remedies if that helps.

Try and position the elbow in pain free position and continue with ice cube application for 3-5 minutes. If it works well repeat ice cube thrice a day. Try for two to three days if still pain persists consult your physician online and take medications else consult with a musculoskeletal /Sports physiotherapist.

Take ice packs for about 7-10 minutes 2-3 times on a day.

If you can get a tennis elbow support please use , by applying on the forearm a little below the elbow & especially while doing any movement.

I suggest u, gentle ice stroking 2 finger distal to tender point 20-30 rep 3 times in a day, Tennis elbow support. Gently stretch u finger 1or 2 times in every 2 hours but it should not be painful while u perform.

Apply Rogan phosphorus or Jodaaram after 30 min of ice stroke on site of muscles, it will help to reduce ur muscle spasm  surrounding ur tender point .

1.Apply ice 10mints 3times per day. 2.use tennis elbow splint. 3.wrist flexion hold for 10sec ×10repitation ×4times per day ×3wks. 4.wrist extension against resistance as per capacity hold for 10sec ×10repitation ×2times per day ×3wks.

She should give Cryotherapy or Ice therapy to the affected side for 15-20 min for every three hours in a day for a week. She can use Volini gel or spray to the affected site provided she is not allergic. She should avoid lying on the affected side. She should avoid lifting weights, twists and turns on the affected side.

  Once the pain subsides she should start doing stretching and strengthening exercises for elbow with proper guidance.

Must be some strenuous activity she did today which aggravated painfull area more but don't be worry at first  take rest 1.Apply hot water bag on the affected area if heat is not present in elbow if present then apply Ice pack 3-4 times a day 2.Use any pain killer cream like volini,move etc For 1 week do this

Hello Apply hot water fermentation for 15 minutes twice a day. Apply volini for pain relief if you are not allergic to that. If you are having severe pain then use the tennis elbow support. Then slowly after few days after reducing the pain start the stretching and strengthening exercises of elbow.

For pain relief use ice pack three times a day and will relieve the inflammation around joints. if the pain is getting better start doing isometric shoulder elbow exercises.
