Based on your description it seems like you have one or multiple cavities in your teeth. This could have become bigger since they were not treated early on. In thr current scenario when most dentists are shut, please take a painkiller like Dolo650 thrice a day for three days. Also can use PainOut gel on affected area 2-3 times a day and do gargles with warm water and salt after every meal. This should relieve your discomfort for the time being. If not, contact your dentist for antibiotic medication.

Arrange a consultation with a dentist over the phone or via text and send photographs of the area of concern. Once the dentist has an idea of the problem in detail, they will be able to help you better. It may be a gum problem if it is multiple teeth or may even be a cavity in one tooth that is causing radiating pain. Show the dentist a photograph of the teeth inside the mouth to get a more accurate diagnosis and prescription till you can actually manage to go and visit a clinic.
