Most probably there might be  pulpal exposure,  so take a paracetamol tab.  Or if pain not relived  take ketorolac tab.  Rush to a dentist

You must take her to a dentist...If so much pain is there in tooth then it needs to be addressed immediately...You can use a pain killer like tab imol  to temporarily control pain but the tooth needs to be treated for permanent cure. It could be a deep decay or exposed root surface or even a crack in the tooth... Please take action soon.
