You can post the clinical pictures of the affected area as well as the xrays on this platform for a more rational opinion or take a second opinion from some other dentist but unless you trust the opinion of the person who has performed the clinical evaluation of the case the treatment cannot be started, until then relief of the symptoms cannot be expected.
