Kindly share the xray after treatment.
And is it paining since 7 months or suddenly it started paining.
In that case it could be due to biting something hard accidentally there.
If not xray will help us
Next Steps
start the medication given by your dentist and wait and see for 3 days.usually problem wont subside next day you take medicine.
it will take 3-5 days to see exact result.
and meanwhile give proper rest to that tooth.
don't test the tooth by biting on it to see if pain is there.give rest for a week.
don't worry ,you will be better
Hello Sir , Welcome to Practo - What happens Sir after Rct complition we prepare the tooth for crown . Sometimes dental Bur accidently touches(cuts) adjacent wall of tooth next to it . Now those areas can later develop sensitive and patient may perceive that as pain . It wont show in Xray .
Please check it yourself and let me know wether the pain increaes while having cold water or hot water .
Next Steps
If thats the case
Hyora k moutwash ( sensitivity)
Vantej tooth paste
If no improvement need capping in that tooth too.
Avoiding eating sticking food and hard food on that side .
You can do warm saline water gargles .
Also can apply Laung (clove) oil or put clove itself on that side.
