Pain in teeth & Gum
Frequently after meal I feel tremendous pain in 2 teeth and near Gum (right side). A small piece of one of teeth has been broken some month ago & pain feels near same area.
Due to lockdown I couldn't consult directly to doctor. Please suggest some remedies to reduce pain as it very high for some time.

Since it's an emergency ,you can consult dentist and start RCT to relieve your pain.atleast first step of RCT should be down.the more you wait more tooth might break of and saving the tooth will be difficult.

It would be helpful if you had mentioned about any allergic history priorly, a point for you to take note of,always mention in future during consultation with any doctor.
Still you can have Tab ketorol DT (dissolve the tablet in quarter cup water and then drink it) twice a day.

Under go painkier medication for 2 days as of now.
T. Ketorol DT, 2 tabs dilute in water and consume after food. Followed by single tablet only if pain is present.
T. Famonext 20, empty stomach preferable or before food, once a day.
If doesn't subside in two days,
T. Augmentin Duo 625, 3 times/day, after food, 10 tablets.

visit dentist moat probable treatment plan would be ROOT CANAL TREATMENT or EXTRACTION OF TOOTH followed by clinical examination and Xray of the particular tooth or teeth. As with time the caries extends more and more.

You should have included the picture of the broken part of your tooth.
As you are stating that the pain is in the same area where your tooth has broken off. It most probably will require Root Canal Therapy(Rct) along with appropriate capping.
Next Steps
You can ask your nearby dentist for an RCT as it is an emergency condition. If no one's available, then you can go for medication(medication will provide temporary relief).

The teeth would have been decayed exposing the nerves of the teeth(can't tell exactly without seeing the pic) which is causing pain

whenever pain occurs take two tablets of ketrol dt together maximum upto 6 tablets per day...keep that area clean and avoid eating from that side... don't eat hard food and cold water or any drink which may increase the pain
