Pain in tailbone
I am suffering from pain in my tailbone for 1.5 year after my  c-section delivery. I am in 9-6 sitting job due to which the pain is becoming worse day by day. Please suggest me how can I get rid of it?

3 main steps that will not only help relieve the pain but also treat it permanently. 1. Donut / Coccydynia cushion 2. Sitz bath 3. Pelvis floor exercises. Lastly, take over the counter pain medications and avoid sitting on hard surfaces

Likely coccydynia. Use a donut cushion, avoid prolonged sitting, do pelvic floor exercises, and get an X-ray of the coccyx if symptoms persist.
