  4. Pain in stomach. Or physician?

Pain in stomach
My wife has been having stomach pain and fever for the last 6 days. We consulted with a doctor and prescribed Metronidazole 400mg, PCM 500mg and dicyclomine 20mg. She took 3 doses. Now she is not having a fever for the last 14 hours  but still having cramps like pain in stomach. Should we consult a gynaecologist or physician?
