Put warm castor oil to fill navel by laying supine. For 10 min.if pain reduced by this then can continue for 3 to 4 times more.. 3 hrs. Once..for a day.. Good to be only on pomegranate fruit for a day... spit seeds.. Or else can be only on soft rice added with tamarind rasam..with out black pepper.. Ghee seasoning will be the good option for rasam preparation. For a day..

hi there could be many causes for pain in abdomen but if you hv food infection then you can take homoeopathic med arsenic alb 200 four times in a day Symptoms should get better in 2 to 3 days.
