Pain in stomach in middle

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi doctor, i am passing alots of gas with very foul smell since two days and having stomach pain since morning today in middle abdomen. I had got my ultrasound of whole abdomen three days back and everything is normal.. Only I had 2.6 CM umbilical hernia and that is since one year. Whta can be the cause of pain and what can I do for this. Plz help
