I went to the gym 3 days ago and i lift some weight to reduce the belly .after that i did some exercise and when i go home my stomach was pain very badly. Now its has been 3 days now still having pain under the belly like cramps suddenly pain get started after a few second pain will be normal than again after few minutes pain will be started .
