Pain in stomach

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I'm 3 weeks late on my period. I started last night after a fall which I had the urge to throw up. I didn't think anything of that. Until I talked to a friend of mine who thought I could be having a miscarriage but I got my tubes tide 4 years ago that's why that didn't cross my mind until she told me it's possible. My pain is in my stomach and lower back.

Please consult a doctor as soon as possible and do an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis .We have to rule out internal injuries due to the fall or rule out ectopic pregnancy which can happen even though your tubes are tied
