  3. Pain in stomach. Before the periods.

Pain in stomach
Hii, my wife is having cramps in stomach since 25-oct-2017 the same like in periods but the last periods she had was on 3-oct-2017 so wat can be the reason. Also note we are also trying to conceive can it be the reason of pregnancy or is it somethibg else as the pain has started 10 days before the periods.
