Pain in stomach
Hi Team, My son is 5 years old and after eating anything he get stomach pain, did the sonography and found below issue. There is minimal free fluid collection in abdomen/pelvis. There are multiple 10 to 15 mm size mesenteric lymphnode in pre / para aortic and right iliac fossa region. Conclusion :There is E/O minimal ascites with mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Please help me to understand the problem and where should i get him for treatment...

Mesentric lymph nodes is found in many kids.. it may be  big due to non specific viral infections which might not be dangerous. But reason for fluids collection should be evaluated. Show your near by pediatrician to clarify this issue.
