Pain in stomach and difficulty in swallo

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Sudden shocks in body and increase in pulse rate. 5kgs weight loss approximately within 20 day span Constant fever of 99. 2 or 99.4 degree Fahrenheit from two months, although few exceptions for short duration are observed. Pain on pressing at centre of chest just above stomach. Pain near diaphragm on the left side Pinching pain in stomach area after food intake Pinching pain in heart at few occasions. Bubbley stool on few occasions.
