Since last few days she is having pain in her shoulders and muscle of left hand. She is unable to lift her hand because of that. Is it something serious??

If you are Diabetic, pain may be due to Periarthritic shoulder. There are also other possibilities like rotator cuff tendonitis, supraclavicular tendonitis or subacromial bursitis.
