Pain in rt hand  (arm to hand)
65 yr, male pt, wt 73 kg ,ht 5.4, not a diabetic and hypertensive , smoker since 35 yrs complaining pain in right hand since 7 days . No burning sensation. Completed first dose of Covisheld 12 days back to left arm. Then got fever and muscle pain used paracetamol for 2 days, and got releieved. C/o pain in right hand since 7 days , increasing during night, unable to sleep bcoz of that pain. So using Aceclofenac tablet  at night . C/o pain through out the day , increase in severity during night. Doing all movements, no history of trauma. Kindly give suggestions about this case and what to do next. Patient describing pain like scorpion bite in his words
