Pain in right testicle

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Sometimes my right testicle starts aching but this happens only when i don't wear underwear or I'm sitting. I had a femur fracture and a catheter was Used. I've been mostly sitting for the past year very low physical activity and I've started to gain weight.
