Pain In Right Testicle & Abdomen.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am having dull pain in right testicle and lower abdomen. I physically examined the testicle and i can feel some lump in the bottom. The pain in testicle and abdomen remains dull, but when i touch the testicle it pains, even a light touch. Sometimes pain after ejaculation. Semen is watery. And my penis remains wet, some sticky discharge is always there. I am having the problem from more than 6 months.
