Your description looks like you have a hemi-cranial headache.
Mostly you are likely to have a primary headache . If you closely observe , it would be shifting sides too. I need more history before putting the right diagnosis hence kindly consult a neurologist for optimal therapy after assessment

Hi ! From your description it looks like one of primary headache e.g. Migraine headache .
I will also want to know how long each episode persists , frequency of attack/month ,any aggravating and relaxing factors .
History of intolerance to light / loud sound .
Any associated symptoms e.g. nausea/vomiting or visual blurring during attacks.
How did ur pain start and how long it has been there. Does it comes and goes all the time or infrequent ?any other symptoms like nausea or vomiting?
Heaviness of head etc?
Likelihood of pain maybe work or stress which is more during these pressings times.
