Pain in right n left chest. A week!

Greetings to you doctor. I m having pain in my left and right chests and also below ribs from last 5 months. i consulted homeopathy doctor he said me that it is because of acidity. and having some fears i then consulted cardiologist doctor. he took ECG and 2D echo test and said it is because of trival mitral valve regulation and also because of acidity and gave me two tablets. one is esomac D 40 and the other one is Etizola beta 0.25mg. i used them for one month and then stopped them.rater when i got pain near left and right chest and below ribs..again i consulted doctor and he asked me to use them again. i used then for 15 days. i stopped using etizola beta tablets and i am only using esomac D tablets. i dont know why i m getting 1-2seconds of little pain in both sides of chest and also back side of ribs and also below ribs. i also have some pain in my left arm pit.this is from 2 days...pain in armpit. my hands also get Numb 5-7times a week
