Pain in right mid of stomach

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Feel pain sometime in right mid of stomach and feel uneasy and this is my recent USG abdomen report: Impression: Grade II fatty liver Normal sonographic study of GB, Pancreas, Spleen, Both Kidneys,bladder and prostate. Platelet count - EDTA Blood : 4.38 laksh/cum i often feel sharp pain that right mid stomach (liver area). sometime i feel little dizziness. No vomiting sense. Please advise.
