Pain in right kidney

Asked for Male, 20 Years

2years ago I had stones in my right kidney.. as they are small they gave gone with medicines.now,I feel pain in the same manner so I went for scanning.the report had came that there was swelling in right kidney.can I know the cause and remedies.iam attaching the scanning report for this
