Pain in Right Hand with Fast Hearbeat

Asked for Female, 58 Years

I am a Patient of Blood Pressure and Sugar ( Diabatic) and I am Heart Patient and I have done my angioplasty (1 Stunt) on 10 May 2016 After that I was completely fine. Now from few months Suddenly Sometime My Heartbeat increase to 90-100 and My Blood Pressure comes to 180-100 and get normal very slowly. And When this situation happens I have pain in my right hand and shoulder as well I want to ask why is this happening to me.
