Pain in right eye and right side back of head and neck. I consult eye dr he is eye is completely ok. Taking bp tablet telma 40 from 10 days. BP was 160/100. Now its normal. What to do ??

BP is not under control and probably need to avoid stress. Daily exercises and relaxation therapy. Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night time. Sos painkillers Thanks
