Pain in right arm and shoulder
Hi, from early morning i am having discomfort in stomach along with sudden sharp pain in right arm and shoulder. In noon i felt pain in chest too. It disappeared for some time and now again happened. I am not able to sleep and even sit. I am feeling tired without even doing anything. Is this is something to worry about.

Hi, your symptoms looks like gastritis related but take ecg as baseline investigation and consult doctor if symptoms persists.
