I am having pain in right ankle.w hile walking,at the time standing.i am not able to walk ,the pain is recurring and pain killers have limited effect.

1)Take a x-ray first and apply ice. 2)tie bandage and elevate ankle. 3)don't give much pressure on same ankle 4) go to near physio centre and do ultrasound.
