Hi
My last cycle was on 27th Feb. I have been having pressure like pain in the right side pubic area since yesterday. It's like coming and going and not constant.
Exactly below the lower abdomen. It hurts tender if I press. No swelling, fever or nausea.
Never had this pain before.
This pressure type pain hurts while walking, sitting, laying down, standing. It's like on the lower abdomen and below that. Marked on the image.
I have an ovarian cyst on the left side and nothing on this side. What could be causing this type of pressing pressure like pain in the right pubic area and lower abdomen right side?
I have a stress test on Wednesday to evaluate my ankle and feet swelling. I have an autoimmune arthritis diagnosis recently.
Can I do the walking treadmill test with the pain in the right side pubic area/ right lower abdomen?

Thanks for explaining your symptoms clearly
From what you’ve described, the pain appears to be localized to the right lower abdomen/pubic region and is tender on pressure, intermittent, and unrelated to exertion. This pattern is unlikely to be cardiac in origin. As it was told in history that you also have autoimmune athritis, pain could be right sacroililiitis. Better evaluated by Rheumatologist or Phyiscian.
For evaluation of ankle and feet swelling, could be secondary to cardiac pathology. I would like ask few other questions like any symptoms like breathlessness, upper abdominal pain , facial puffiness, reduced urine output, jaundice.
Then investigations like complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test, thyroid profile, nt pro bnp, electrocardiogram and echocardiography report.
After going through these reports I can suggest you if stress test is indicated or not.
Thanks for reaching out.
Can ask if any queries.
