Pain In Plam Of My Hand And Under Feet - I Have This Throbing

Pain in plam of my hand and under feet

I have this throbing pain in the palm of my hands and feet. To be exact pain is just between the thumb nd index finger. It increases after food or before or after passing bowel. Sometimes i wake up with this pain and after passing bowels it suddenly gets relived. Its not unbearable but pressing the points gives immense relief. I have acidity issues nd whenever it increases the pain resurfaces. The gastro doc says this pain has nothing to do with ur acidity . Please advise wat to do ?
