Pain in pennies

I'm feeling pain in pennies from last two days. On the first i found few particles of sperm and it was cleaned. But the amount pain has been reduced but not cleared completely. Request your suggestions & home remedies please.

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Pain is not a normal phenomenon. It can be trauma to infection. Which need evaluation. If it's reducing...then don't worry. But don't do any stimulation for the time being.
