Pain in penis retraction

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have a problem in my penis. Whenever it gets erected or when i masturbate it pains and the fore skin does not go back. The fore skin gets tightened and even swells and also becomes reddish in colour. Though i don't have any problem in urination but i can't clean my penis as the fore skin does not go back. I am 24 and unmarried
