Pain in penis and gut. Me what to do.

Two months before I started to feel little pain in my abdominal. Doctor treated me with antibiotics. Within few days, wheat like substances started to appear in my stool in many quantity. Doctor treated me with albandazol for three days and other tablets also. No effect. After few days. It started burning sensation in my penis and gut. I got online consultation with sexologist, general physician, gestrointestologist, took medicines but all of no use. I still have sour smell stool with paneer like substances, my saliva remain sweet in the morning. I have burning sensation/pain in my penis (feel something block) and sensation in my gut. I am disturbed with my symptoms. I have three time done urine tests and stool test, one time KUB scan, all are absolutely normal. Penis  and gut pain irritates me. Yellow urine all the time Since two months, please advise me what to do.
