Pain in penis after ejaculation

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am 25 years old,This started happening many years ago, but now it happens more often (about every second ejaculation on average). After I ejaculate, I get a burning/stinging pain inside my penis near the tip. This makes me need to go to toilet for a bowel movement. it causes pain for about 20 min each time .what should i do
