Pain in penis after dry humping session
Greetings of the day doctor! I have pain in my penis shaft, scrotum and meatus region after a rigorous dry humping session. One week ago I had a furious dry humping session during which I ejaculated 4 times. After this I started to experience pain in my penis shaft, scrotum, meatus, lower abdomen and pelvis. I stopped humping 2 days after the event to prevent and further damage but I couldn't control myself during Wednesday and Friday so I dry humped again. My penis can get erect, ejaculate and can urinate without any trouble. But I get little pain while erection and my penis can't get "rock hard" like it used to get before, it takes some time to get erect now and I cum a bit quicker now. As of my urine, after the event I have the urge to urinate frequently, my urine is yellow most of the time at one point I got frothy urine. No visible blood was found in the urine. I also got some irritation while urinating. My penis got a bit sensitive too now. Thanks in advance for any advice given!
