  4. Pain in Pelvic Region. Be causing it?

Pain in Pelvic Region
Missed periods in April. Took derivy for withdrawal bleeding and got my period from May 3rd-7th. Before that my cycle was usually from 27-32 days. Currently having intense pain in the lower abdomen and uterus region. What could be causing it?
