Pain in passing motions

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Sir/Mam I am facing a lot of pain while passing the motions and not able to pass the motion properly for the last few days. I have faced this kind of situation before , but this time it's quite painful and full of irritation. No sign of blood while passing the motion. Stool is very hard. Please help me by providing appropriate prescriptions. Thank you
