  4. Pain In nipple of my son. Is it normal?

Pain In nipple of  my son
My son is healthy 14 yrs. Old.sometimes he is having pain in his nipple.when he is doing dhamaal with his brother , if he is pushed or touched on chest , he feels pain.is it normal?sometimes his nipple seems pointed and so.etimes not.pls advice me.
