Pain in neck while swolling liquid
3 months ago I got sexually involved with a girl it was protected, few days after that I got tonsils and flu, I asked her whether she is ok or she had any disease, she said she is fine, but I was getting flu, I consulted a doctor and he wrote some tests because I was getting anexious. I got tested for HIV P24, VDRL, BLOOD SUGAR, BLOOD CBC, AND Urine RM. All came out normal. Test was conducted 22 days after that day. After looking at the tests he told me I dont have any STD. But since the day I got those tonsils, I am facing pain in my throat which is most often in right side. Its paining while swolling liquid. I have consulted 3 general physicians and an ENT for my throat issue. I didnt told them about my sexual encounter, all of them told me that you have some cough related issue. They gave me antibiotics but nothing much happened. This pain is not constant, sometimes it completely disappear sometimes it increases. I read about STD symptoms and its been 3 months I am not facing any.

As your sexual contacts were all protected, there is no question of transmission of HIV.
Secondly real symptoms of HIV transmission are seen approximately 10 to 15 years after transmission depending upon immunity of the individual (Absolute CD4 & CD8 counts) which decreases because of rising HIV viral load count. And the symptoms are typical of that perticular disease which causes infection due to low immunity.
