From past 20 days am suffering from neck pain, now am getting pain in left side of chest and shoulders, please suggest me.

ECG is normal. If these symptoms are after exertion only then get Echo and TMT done. If the symptoms are more on neck position and movements then consult a Neurologist for Radiculopathy
