Pain in neck and right side of the body.

Asked for Female, 50 Years

My has been suffering from neck pain on the back side and also in the right side of the body. Also was she feeling real cold this night though the temperature was completely normal. She has been through a physio therapy session but only for three days. She also suffers head aches. Opinion please!
