What is this condition and how to treat it?? When food stuck in it it starts paining and sometimes blood also comes out

Hello , this is  mesial caries with your maxillary 1 st molar in  the left  upper arch . As  u eat food gets lodged in this cavity and it causes pain . U need to  visit dentist , make an x ray of d same  tooth . Next will be filling or if it is very deep then u may require rct .
