Pain in my stomach

I met with an minor accident, in that i got injured in my stomach and blood clotted in my stomach. I met one Dr , she says nothing to worry, no need of taking scan and all , and she gave me some tablets , oinment and injection. it has been two days till but still its paining. Is it normal or abnormal?help me.
