Pain in my lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am 32 years old male. I have too much pain in lower abdomen since 2-3 months. I have done my blood test of LFT, KFT, cholesterol etc. Results of report are as below: Esr- High SGOT- High SGPT- High Cholesterol- High GGT- too much High Kindly suggest what problem I have and what is the treatment. Thanks.
