Hello ma'm, I would suggest preventive measures like- 1.Jaw exercises - wide mouth opening & closing , lower jaw side to side movement etc. 2. Lukewarm water& cold water or ice pack compresses - apply lukewarm water compresses for 10 min.  Followed by cold water or ice pack on the cheek for 10 min. Alternatively .Please do this 3 times daily for 5 to 6 days . 3.Avoid eating hard food & chew with both sides of mouth. 4.Avoid stress & excessive worry .Be positive. This will definitely be helpful. BUT, In case not get  relief then simple Painkiller killer like paracetamol 2 times daily for 5days only.
Next Steps
if the condition does not improve then visit the dentist for further clinical examination
