I have been suffering from back neck pain also pain has been transferred from neck to my shoulders to arm I have also having pain in my back and also having small headaches

Since when are you having pain? First thing is you should avoid pillow while sleeping, avoid constant work on computers if you are doing, rest for a week, avoid lifting weight, cold compress on neck and symptomatic treatment ... If is persists then get MRI done of cervical spine...
