I am having terrible pain in the middle of my chest.. whenever i m moving it pains a lot.. i m unable to sleep or move. Its been there for 2 days

Hello.... Most likely it will be a muscular pain.... as you have not mentioned anything abt it's radiation or any associated symptoms like breathlessness or sweating..... Since it is worst on least motion.... the 1st medicine to be thought of is Bryonia 30.... Take this 2pills 3times a day for 2days.... if there is no relief, then meet your Family Physician or some Good Homoeopath nearby who will take a detailed history and advise needful medicines accordingly.....
