Pain in lowerleft abdomen

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Started 2days ago wit pain in lower left abdomen region , painfull defecation is there , along with pain arises with pressure, sneezing, coughing , laughing , also more flatus , pain is contineous whenever pressure is exerted , do suggest something please
