1. Sometimes there are cavities between the teeth that not visible on the surface. 2. If it's sensitivity to hot and cold foods and beverages, this could be 'dentinal hypersensitivity' which can be relieved by using a desensitizing toothpaste such as sensodyne. 3. If it doesn't respond to the toothpaste, you'll need to take antibiotic and pain medication to get temporary relief till the time dental clinics reopen.
Next Steps
1. Try changing you tooth paste to a desensitizing one such as Sensodyne for 2-3 days. 2. If that doesn't relieve the pain, have an online consultation with a dentist of your choice using 'Practo Consult' feature to get a medicine prescription. 3. If pain is still not relieved after taking medicines, you'll need to visit the dental OPD of a hospital that is functioning with adequate precautionary measures against corona virus.
Health Tips
Avoid hot fomentations (garm sikai). It may cause a swelling.

Kindly answer a couple of questions to help in understanding the probable cause of pain . 1. Is there any gum swelling or bleeding around the teeth that are paining. If yes then please floss in between those teeth , do warm water salt rinses and apply a pain relieving gel like Tan X gel for 3 times a day for 5 days . 2. When does she get the pain ? On eating or drinking something warm and also in the night time ? And does it get better in drinking something cold ? If yes then the nerve of one of the teeth is involved and you would need to start having antibiotics and pain killers to relieve the pain and get an dental xray to pin point the infection and get it treated . It is important to remember that decay can start from the side of the tooth also which is not easily seen to the untrained eye. 3. Does she gets pain or severe sensitivity on eating something cold ? If yes then start with an a special tooth paste like Sensodyne Rapid Relief , brush with this and also apply it in that area and leave it for half hour this should definitely help .
Next Steps
Describe the pain in detail .
